Will we ever find out who stole the mountain?

I was rewatching The Andorian Incident the other day and I noticed that there was a plot point they never explained.

There's an exterior shot early on that looks like this:

But when we see it later in the day, someone has stolen one of the mountains. But no one ever addresses the logistics of what that would take!

Maybe the mountain stood up......stood up on its own and walked away. Humans aren't like that. It takes us months before we're able to crawl and almost a full year before we can walk. Truly amazing.

Either that or Future Guy took it.
