Will "Discovery" get a campanion type of book?

I would love to see something as extensive as the , Deep Space Nine, one and I also enjoyed those Captain Logs books that had behind the scene info. It would be nice if "Discovery" and then the Picard and Gergeroui series also had one at some point.

Some sort of behind-the-scenes tell-all would be nice once the series ended, especially considered it's rather fractured production history. I'd love to have a better idea of Fuller's long-term plans, for instance. Of course, anything like that would have to wait until the show was finished, potentially long after the show was finished.

It just came to me but I don't think "Enterprise" got one of these kind of books did it? I might have missed it if one was made back in the day.

A publisher is going to ask, down the road, will this book sell enough to justify the expense of the book and turn a small profit? I could see Titan compiling and repackaging their behind-the-scenes magazines on Disco when the series is over because the material already exists. Something on the level of the Deep Space Nine Companion, though? I don't know.

Titan has a book that collected all the stuff for Discovery season one they advertied it for sale in the Star Trek magazine I got in the mail the other day.

And the name of said book is?

Star Trek Discovery: The Official Companion
There seem to still be a lot of making of/art of books for big shows and movies, so I'm pretty sure we should get one for Discovery eventually. It probably won't be in same style as the old episode guides though, it'll probably be something more along the lines of something like the recent The World of The Orville, or the art of books that have been coming out for the Star War or Marvel movies.

Although I am an avid kindle reader I would rather have any reference books to be actual paper books.
And for me an online project doesn’t lend itself as well to just browsing.Guess that makes me sound like an old fart.:vulcan:

I must be really old fashioned because I didn't even think of online books. I was thinking ONLY of paperback books.

I actually prefer e-books for quick browsing, with them I can just grab my tablet, pull up the book, and browse with a few quick swipes of my finger.
