WI Enterprise E stranded in Delta Quadrant?

This is a companion to my fanfic Raven's Call, which will morph into a TNG in the Delta Quadrant series. I'd like to ask how everyone thinks Picard, Riker, and the rest would've handled being stranded shortly after First Contact, at the end of 2372. So far, the Enterprise is going to pick up Seven of Nine, but from there, I'd like to see how everyone thinks they would handle it from there. They will get back before Insurrection, though.

Edit: If they were to produce a 'Delta Flyer', say the Yacht got damaged somehow...how do you think that would look?

Well for one thing the Ent-E was the top of the line Federation technology and was basically a war ship. So I dont think it would have been picked on nearly as much as Voyager was by hostile races.

I tend to think it would have played out very similarly. Voyager, in spite of its promising start, ended up being cookie-cutter TNG. Even the Maquis pretty much had settled in as model officers by the end of the first season.

Janeway was just Picard with hair. Oh sure, some of the minor details were changed (holodeck fantasies with DaVinci versus Dixon Hill, for example), or some of the roles were reversed (helmsman being the skirt chaser instead of the first officer), but when it came down to what they would collectively do in any given situation - the crew of Voyager may as well have been the crew of the Enterprise.

Now, the story of the Equinox -- well, that would have been something interesting to watch.

I've toyed around with the idea of doing a Large Ship Stranded Far Away, Crew Goes Bad RPG saga... not sure how to pull it off without becoming over-the-top comical evil.
