AFAIK, there was only "The Child" and "Devil's Due", plus the set-up of Riker and Troi being past lovers being lifted from "In Thy Image" and plonked into "Encounter at Farpoint". "Genesis" was vaguely similar in set-up to "The Savage Syndrome", but it was mostly coincidence.
