The name changing of this forum has been discussed before on several occasions and as the mods have said so far it's not happening.

The other films were base on the TV show...even though this is based on the show...it is not a feature film based on the original show...it is like A new movie based apon an existing idea...I may not make much sense to you all here.

So far it looks as if it's based more directly on the original show than the previous TOS-based movies were.
We don't really need yet another "What's the name of the movie? That sucks -- I think it should be called ________. Oh, and by the way, this feels like a reboot" thread (does anyone even scan the forum before starting these?) and the name of the forum is not likely to change at this late date. The time to make suggestions for forum nomenclature would have been back around September 2007, so you're kinda too late on that; it's called 'Star Trek XI' so you know that it's the new one which isn't one of the other ten.
