...was it the same asshole who thought Vanna White was working too hard, thus necessitating the re-engineering of all the letter panels on Wheel of Fortune so instead of TURNING the panels, she just has to TAP them? Monopoly changes format.

What bullshit is this? 2M to pass go? Man, they aren't kidding with that whole "Adjusted for inflation" bit, are they? What's next, Sorry gets re-released featuring a "NOT REALLY" card?

Half the fun of Monopoly, at least as a child, was collecting the money! No more wrangling as many orange $500 bills anymore? FUCK THIS SHIT. How am I supposed to complete shady under-the-table deals with the banker now? With a DEBIT CARD?

Thank god these asshats are still selling the original, classic edition RON MOORE IS A HACK OMGWTF.

We actually already had a Thread on this a while back. ;) It was decided that this is just another "special edition" gimmick and the real deal will be around forever.

And for the record, "Sorry" is being retitled "My Bad." And "Operation" is being retitled "Sorry."

If they really want to update it, all the little houses will have foreclosure signs on them, and a random stranger will have to come in mid-play and bail out the bank.

Man, looking at that playing board makes me want to puke.

The credit-card thing they've been doing for a while now in other versions of the game. But that circular playing board?
