I think the poster was commenting on being in a position of power and causing chaos for fun. Nothing against Americans, the US president is the most powerful person that comes to mind when you think such things.

Emperor Constantine before his conversion. I would not make Christianity the state religion, neither would I aggregate other religions into some kind of miasmic neo-pagan faith. Instead, I would totally change the trajectory of Christianity from a state empowered religious juggernaut to a quieter, gentler faith rooted in the teachings of Jesus...

You see, I like the way this started, but I'd just keep Imperial Rome pagan, newly reunited and glorious.
