WHO WOULD YOU HAVE DIRECT FUTURE TREK FILMS?

Like I said before, I'd like to see the Wachowskis direct Star Trek.

If not them, Christopher Nolan or David Fincher would be good. This person is lesser-known, but Maria Lidon would be good too, who directed the film Stranded.

Sorry if my out-of-the-box suggestions are interrupting the nine millionth round of the Disco vs. Orville Fight that 2017 called and wants back. But some of the rest of us would like to weigh in on what this topic was originally really actually about... and it wasn't that.

Kevin Costner. Dances with Wolves was beautiful. Imagine what he could do with an alien world.
or
Mel Gibson directing a Braveheart-style Kahless the Unforgettable film.

Save some money and bring in any of the CBS ALLACCESS directors; the work done has a cinema feel to them already. As for a major player in Hollywood, Quentin Tarantino still sparks my interests, even if he's out of the running, I would like him to direct his take on Star Trek. Whatever it could be it would have his own voice and narrative which I'd believe be a nod and appreciation of the series created and developed and televised in the 1960's.
