who would u follow?

Joemac

Lieutenant
Red Shirt
if you were boldly going 4 a long voyage who would u want 2 be your captain. pickard probably archer no. diplomacy with action and bravery is my perfect captain combination.he covers all of these. archer has a habit of not thinking of results ,rather reaction

Kirk / Picard / Sisko - I would follow these three in a sec.
Archer / Janeway - hm, I don't know...

Pike.

Although I wouldn't hesitate with Picard or Kirk either.

Sisko seems a little too risky.

And, ironically, as much as Janeway supposedly puts the safety of her crew first, I find her the most dangerous to serve under.

I'm probably going to be the only person to ever suggest this, but I'd follow Archer. The first mission out that far, and all of his wild-eyed optimism and excitement to keep you stoked.

The redshirt count for Kirk and Sisko just seems too high for me, Picard's command is very comfortable, but I crave a bit more adventure. I think you'd have to be certifiable to go with Janeway.

Janeway: We have approached Borg space! Mr Paris, set a course through it at one sixteenth impulse, I want to smell the roses and steal some Borg stuff on the way.

Me: Umm...

:p

Might that be because she's commanding the only Starfleet ship in the Delta Quadrant with no backup, no support - just her and a bunch of nasty aliens? ;)

I'd definitely vote for Janeway - and has. :) She's tough and yet compassionate, and she really cares for the people around her; at least that's how I came to see her during the series.

I'd be right there with you. My chances of survival would be pretty high, since Archer actually brings his ship home intact to be retired. He does have that optimism, and if he can find a way to save you, he'll do it. He's loyal to his crew, not just to his ship.

Am I, in some way aware of Janeway's plot immunity in this situation? If I am, I'll followe her, because things will be interesting, but we will somehow get out of all scrapes after being written into a corner. If I am not, then there is no way in hell. She'll have me flying into a star or borgifying myself on purpose and what not.

Definitely Picard, and maybe Janeway as second.

I'm not really a big fan of the others.

I would love to say kirk.. but only as one of the bridge crew. It just seems that the people waring red shirts dont last too long lol. I would also like to say picard, but in that i would some how feel to safe (if that makes sense). so i would have to choose warf abord the difyant. this is because ; i beleave on a smaller ship your work seems more important, and also that humans seem to work to there fullest potental when in conflict.
this is assuming that i would have any other role on a star ship other than captin. lol jk

Captain Jean Luc Picard of the USS Enterprise.

Make-make-make make it so. Make it so... make-make it so.
