Who should/would you like to see direct ST3?
aside from Edgar Wright (who it will more than likely be)heres some possible names (not impossible like Nolan, Tarantino, Jackson, Meyer, Frakes etc) that could be open to doing it (i.e. they no appear to be attached to any big upcoming movies unlike BSinger, BBird, MReeves, DJones, RJohnson etc)
Ken Branagh (would certainly work well for the whole Shakespearean villian thing the star trek films always centre around. plus has directed both Kirks for Paramount)
Jon Faverau (seems to be in movie jail after CowboysAliens, currently directing animated Jungle Book for next year though)
Rupert Wyatt (heavily rumoured before Orci)
Joseph Kosinski (Tron was cool, last film starred Tom Cruise so maybe next could be Trek like JJ)
Doug Liman (EOT got seriously good reviews)
Attack the Block guy (studio seemed very keen on him but EWright would probably be a better bet)
Wild Cards (maybe not so likely as too big a deal like Nolan etc) - Neil Blomkamp, Darren Aronofsky, Alfonso Cuarón, Matthew Vaughn, Joss Whedon (don't think he's doing Avengers 3/4)
