Not deliberately imitating but Q was my first choice. Then either Barclay or Dukat.
Pretty much all of DS9's recurring characters 
- Weyoun. All incarnations.
- Brunt FCA.
- Damar.
- Garak.
- Martok.
- Admiral Ross.
- Early seasons Dukat.
- Eliminator Leck.
- Dr. Mora.
- Ro Laren.
- Guinan.
- Sarek.
- Q.
- Lwaxana Troi: at least in her appearances aboard DS9. She had nice scenes with Odo. Don't like TNG Lwaxana too much, but I like the episode featuring Kestra.
- William Campbell (Koloth and Trelane).
- Seska (especially after her treason).
- Vorik (in the German dubbing ridiciously pronounced as Borak, I'm wondering what my German fellows think of it)
- Lon Suder.
- Samantha Wildman.

How many episodes where there with her? I know the scene where she spilled hot chocolate onto Picard. And she is part of the Corps of Engineers books.
Does Lt Kyle count as recurring? I liked him as a fellow Englander.
Actor John Winston is from Leeds, but one of the novels has Kyle originally from Australia. Of course, the books aren't "cannnnnnnnnnnnon."

Just two. It was a joke because she's only on two episodes. About 8 to 10 min total.
TOS:
- Uhura—She's my third-fave Star Trek character. While we think of her as a "regular", on the original she was more of a recurring/featured character. The only regulars were Shatner and Nimoy (in season 1) and then along with Kelly (season 2-3).
- O'Brien—the beloved transporter chief who is an officer at first then an enlisted rate later.
- Garek—a simple tailor who enjoys haggling customers and lunching with the station doctor.
- Naomi Wildmen—captain's assistant and first kid on board the lost starship.
- Shran—Andorian warrior and later friend to Archer.
- Linus—Sneezing away toxic mansplaining. (I dunno if he's going to be a recurring but I do like him. And I would've said Culbert but he's a regular now.)
