Who is the bald security officer?!?

Okay, it's my turn to start a useless thread.

Hercules has just reviewed the film at AICN(5/5)and he mentions a bald security officer at the end of the film who reacts a certain way to a certain snap promotion.

People are asking on the TB if this means Picard is in the film. Isn't a little bit early for him to turn up......like about sixty years?


Does anybody who has seen the film know who this could be?
