I just read that a Fox News poll has Hillary ahead by 10 points. A FOX NEWS poll!

Wow. I know most polls nationally average an 8-point gap, and that my personal feelings have always been to not pay attention to polls until well into October, after the last debate, but this took me by surprise. Maybe Trump's comments about the Khans have pissed off some of his support. Trump is also trailing by 23 points among women, 48 points among Hispanic voters, and 18 points among young people. Among those demographics that support him, he is behind the pace set by Romney in 2012.

He can't win unless he gains ground. It's dead-simple right now.

I'm already seeing people saying that "it's rigged!" I imagine that will happen immediately on election night if he loses. But haven't we already been through this in the last 2 election cycles?

Warning, it's full of exactly the kind of racist, homophobic, sexist, anti-immigrant, and anti-Muslim slurs you would expect, but I feel it's important for people to acknowledge exactly what kind of campaign is being run here and what his base of supporters are. This is inexcusable, and you are on the wrong side of history if you support a candidate that not only allows but encourages this kind of rhetoric and behavior.

I saw that video this afternoon. As repugnant as that is, they have a right to say most of what they say. Except maybe "Kill her," and "Hang the bitch!" with regard to Hillary. You can't advocate assassination.

The message of national decline and a promised of a national renewal is usually one of the checkboxes for fascists. I personally don't think he is a fascist since there is usually some other shit about corporatism and organized mass movements (trumpets are just not organized unless you want to argue there is an army of kremlin trained internet keyboard commandos)
