Who Hates Transporting the Most?

Captain McBain

Rank the five biggest haters of transporting in the Star Trek universe. Dr. McCoy, Dr. Pulaski, and Barclay would be on the list, I'm thinking, but I don't know who else.

I guess initially Barclay would've hated transporting the most, since he was so terrified of doing so that he skipped out on his duty. After overcoming this fear to some degree, though, he might've disliked transporting less than Pulaski.

Barclay had a whole storyline dedicated to his mistrust of transporters, so I'll go with him :). I have to agree with him also, because if transporter technology actually existed in the real world, I would never use. Ever.

Ambassador Odan, he was absolutely convinced that the transporter would kill him.

Ya got'a hate that.

:)

Most of the good ones are already listed. Sonak, Odan, and I'll add Tom Riker. ;)

There is also this entertaining bit from the beginning of TNG 2x19 "Manhunt," when Lwaxana Troi beams aboard the Enterprise:

Lwaxana: "Legs! Where are the legs?!"
Deanna: "Where they belong, Mother. Right under you."
Lwaxana: "Oh, I hate that. I will never completely trust this device, Jean-Luc."

:)
