I agree with captcalhoun - I don't want (and don't have) someone who shares everything I do. I have my space and my stuff and he has his - all we need is to be interested in what the other is doing.

I found my soulmate. He could make me laugh, cry, smile, and miss him as soon as he left the room. We could be on opposite ends of the continent, but when we spoke it was like he was right here with me. I have never been as happy as when we were a couple. He really was the other half of my soul. He brought out parts of my personality that I had not realized were there... and I was the better for it. He needed me and I needed him.

A distracted driver took him from me. He died after a long battle for his life. Half of me died that day and I still have not recovered. I wish he had lived long enough for us to be legally married. I miss you every day, Tony!:weep:

Someone who is stable, loyal/committed, introverted, quite, reserved, takes life seriously, similar interests, basically someone just like me. IMO its easier to fall for your opposite (in my case extroverted, excited, party-er) but these relationships are short lived and don't last.

I suppose I'll go with B, but I'm seriously going to play loose with the definition of "wild".

Maybe for you. But we can't say the same for everyone, Rob.

Actually, I can.

First off, "fairy tales" are bullshit. If you think a relationship is like a fairy tale for any appreciable length of time, you're wrong.
You're taking the word fairy tale too literally and running with it.

But interestingly enough more people have gone for ”Fairy tale" so far.

Well, you said "fairy tale." Did you mean "fairy tale" or not? Say what you mean, for crying out loud. I don't like having to interpret.

And of course people have gone for that option. Who wouldn't like to have some unreachable or unrealistic ideal?

I tend to agree. I think in either option what matters is having that spark between two people.

I realize using your brain for such things must be hard.

And of course people have gone for that option. Who wouldn't like to have some unreachable or unrealistic ideal?
The people who didn't vote for it. That's who.

You first.

Yes, some of us avoid delusional fantasies. :)
