Which Trek era would you be apart of?

Which era of Star Trek would you choose to serve in Star Fleet or just live?

I'm with you. The U.S. space program began when I was a kid, so the ENT era could be my second childhood.

I chose 24th Century, around the time of the TNG movies, because that was the most "current" in my mind. But any of them would be better than when we live now.

Late 23rd-Century, specifically around the time of Star Treks II-VI. It was kind of a lively time, IMO, with the cold war between the Federation and the Klingons reaching its peak--and the Romulans quietly watching on the sidelines waiting to pounce on the loser...

Funny. I thought TOS made the galaxy a smaller place than TNG did.

If I was going to serve in Starfleet, I'd pick the ENT era. It seems like the most lively time - what with the first steps of humanity into space, the Romulan War, and the founding of the Federation.

If I was going to be a civilian, I'd pick the TNG-DS9-VOY era, as there would be more creature comforts available to make life just that much more enjoyable.

So, which do I pick for this poll. I'll go with the TNG-DS9-VOY era since I'd rather be a civilian and enjoy the high life.

I'm totally with you on this. It also seemed like an interesting era if one was going to serve in SF, as well.

I'd choose the time of the original TV series because that's when the babes were hottest.

As long as I didn't have to be a security redshirt.

I'd be happy in any of the Star Trek's era's really. But if I could be picky then for sure not ENT's era and preferably the 24th Century.

If I could get a posting on Deep Space Nine when Sisko was still alive, that would have been really cool. Heck, I probably would have stayed on even after everyone left, too. The station is just really awesome.
