Dr.Phlox. Oh! and isn't it Dr.Pulanski not Pulaski? Please correct me if I am wrong,Thanks.

It's Pulaski. I remember that because she was the doctor when I was in the first grade in Chicago, and I always equated her to a street named Chicago and for Pulaski Day, a holiday that meant school kids had the day off. I didn't like her as a doctor, but I would be forever indebted for her involvement in getting us the three-day weekend, courtesy of Dr. Katherine Pulaski Day.

Hey, I was seven, I had my beliefs.
Thanks for correcting me, AND the great story:lol:

In real life, I just took a primary MD with a reputation for great skill and dedication, but not known for charisma. Which is where I'm at with picking Pulaski. I wouldn't pick a Doctor that is downright unfriendly, or condescending, but otherwise, I'm not looking for a golf buddy.
And besides, in my still teenage mind, I'd totally have a shot with Dr. Crusher. Better to avoid the whole doctor-patient snare.

I'd have to go with Phlox. Mostly natural medicine, and a fairly decent bedside manner, plus I imagine he'd make a stay in sickbay a little more bearable with his unique outlook on life.

The Doctor could be a little snappy and overbearing, and Bashir, while a more than competent doctor did start off quite brash and annoying :p

The emergency medical Holographic doctor is the most knowledgable, but Crusher and Bashir are also highly competent and have a good bedside mannor.

I'd go with Crusher as she is female.

To have a conversation with, Phlox.
To flirt with, Crusher.
To have lunch with, Bashir,
To treat me, EMH all the way.

For me it's a tough choice between Bashir and the EMH. While Bashir would be a nice guy to have a drink with, I think the sheer memory and experience of the EHM would make him a worthy personal doctor.

I would pick the EMH. He doesn't have the greatest bedside manner, but he has a tremendous amount of medical knowledge at his disposal. I don't need to be friends with my doctor anyway.

Interesting tie with Bashir and the EMH. Bashir has access to the same information as the EMH, so I don't see a practical advantage there. But Bashir has the ability to make human leaps of reasoning which the EMH can only emulate at best. Or can it? Gets into the area of a Data debate.

Well you see another advantage of the EMH is that you can wipe his memory should he have to perform any embarrassing operations...
