That's interesting. Did Trek not become popular in Germany until TNG, or has the popularity of TOS just waned over the years?
Kind of weird that we haven't seen a German character in Trek. You would think that since the producers like to have a diverse cast and since the shows are popular there it would be a natural fit.
ENT and DSC have never interested me enough to watch.
I lost interest in VOY from Season 4. The beginning of ENT was a struggle. I watched one episode of STD and was so utterly dismayed by everything about that I can't bring myself to waste any time on it.I lost interest in VOY pretty quickly, and ENT and DSC have never interested me enough to watch.
I like this...a lot!![]()

I've never been a fan of Worf either (so don't worry you're not alone there). In DS9 he did improve, but still a very 'meh' character. Luckily the series did develop Martok, probably the only full-blooded Klingon I actually like.I dropped out of DS9 around the time they crowbarred Worf in - sacreligious as it might be, I always found him one-dimensional and even a little irritating, and here he felt awkwardly superimposed. The simplistic approach to Klingons in that era likely didn't help, mind.
