Which SCE books crossover with DS9?

I am thinking of getting into SCE I figured I would read the books where the crew interact with DS9 to ease me into it? Does anyone know which books feature DS9

Are the DS9 characters in Lost Time the Prime versions? I haven't made it that far into the series yet, but I know that some versions of DS9 characters play a role in the story.

^IIRC, Lost Time takes place partly on Prime-universe DS9 and partly in an alternate-universe version thereof, with some interaction between the two.

I haven't gotten to it yet, but I know Wounds is a Two Part SCE story that features a Bashir crossover around about the Worlds of DS9.

Malefictorum supposedly has DS9 ties, but I have yet to get to that one. While it's mostly a main-line SCE story, Chris' Aftermath does feature a cameo from Chief O'Brien and lays the seeds for some stories in Lesser Evil, Unity, and Worlds of DS9.

I haven't gotten this far in the series yet either, but isn't there also a story with O'Brien on Cardassia? And while not exactly DS9, Here There Be Monsters is an epilogue to the Gateways series that DS9 played a role in.

The only O'Brien on Cardassia story that I know of The Lotus Flower, in WoDS9. As far as I know the only SCE story with O'Brien, is Aftermath, which takes place on Earth. I don't think there are any SCE stories dealing with Cardassia.

Yeah, like I said, I haven't gotten that far yet. The only thing I clearly remember is a picture of O'Brien on an SCE cover, so it's probably Aftermath I'm thinking of.

The following SCE stories cross over with DS9 to some degree or other:

Cold Fusion by Keith R.A. DeCandido -- takes place between Avatar Book 2 and Section 31: Abyss and features Nog in a major supporting role.

Caveat Emptor by Ian Edginton & Mike Collins -- involves a crisis on Ferenginar, and guest stars Grand Nagus Rom.

War Stories by Keith R.A. DeCandido -- tells stories of the cast during the Dominion War, including a trip to the station and guest appearances by Sisko, O'Brien, Martok, and Ross.

Home Fires by Dayton Ward & Kevin Dilmore -- includes a flashback that features a young Ross working for Starfleet Intelligence.

Aftermath by Christopher L. Bennett -- takes place on Earth, features O'Brien in a major supporting role prior to his appearances in the Mission: Gamma books.

Malefictorum by Terri Osborne -- includes a trip to the station (and the Gamma Quadrant), and guest stars Quark, Ro, Kira, and Treir. (This and the next three all take place amidst the Worlds of DS9 miniseries.)

Lost Time by Ilsa J. Bick -- takes place at Deep Space 9, and features Nog, Kira, Vaughn, Garak, and Dax (including some alternate-timeline versions of them) in major supporting roles.

Security by Keith R.A. DeCandido -- serves as a bridge between Lost Time and Wounds, with cameos by Kira and Bashir.

Wounds by Ilsa J. Bick -- story of Lense and Bashir trapped in an alternate dimension.

The Future Begins by Steve Mollmann & Michael Schuster -- Scotty's story, with guest appearances by Admirals Ross and Nechayev.

Ghost by Ilsa J. Bick -- Lense returns to Earth, with a guest appearance by Bashir.

As for which collections those stories are in:

Cold Fusion is in Miracle Workers
Caveat Emptor is in No Surrender
War Stories is in Wildfire
Home Fires is in Breakdowns
Aftermath is in the eponymous trade paperback
Malefictorum, Lost Time, Security, and Wounds are all in Wounds
The Future Begins is in What's Past
Ghost has yet to be collected
