Beyond is the one which interests me the most prior to release. But between the first two, I'll go for STID since that at least was having the Enterprise out on an actual adventure instead of a tedious origin story.

The first one. I did not like the second film because they used the wrong way the theme "augments" and Khan should never have appeared in it. Moreover, they wanted a film like Dark Knight.
I trust that Beyond is better

For me, the 'edge' of the first one is with the origins story, something I never thought we'd see for those characters whereas ID, while good, was still a character retread. If ID had not used Khan at all, the decision would be much more difficult for me.
