Vulcans

TOS Romulans (no foreahead ridges, please)
Trills
Joined Trills would be particularly interesting to talk to. But I think conversation is as far I'd be willing to let it go. As interesting and experienced as they probably are, I don't think I would be able to get over the fact that they have a worm in their belly (yuck).
Vulcans are sexy, not just because of their looks - and they have a quite human-like, but mysterious and exotic look, with those lovely pointy ears and upswept eyebrows - gives them a slightly elfish or devilish look. But that's not what it's all about, I mean, just think 1) great physical strength, 2) enhanced senses, 3) amazing mental abilities - telepathy, mind meld, mental bond with a mate (they could probably sense your secret desires if you're their mate?), and 4) most importantly, the whole of the whole suppression of emotions thing - you know that their emotions are really strong and intense underneath, and that is hot.

Even better if you happen to catch them when they're in Pon Farr and totally crazed as a result.
The only problem is, before you get to know them better, they might not be the best date - while many are very intelligent and could be great for conversation, they might also be arrogant and keep criticizing your 'emotional' and 'illogical' human behaviour. But if just make fun of them and provoke them, you can derive a lot of fun from the whole thing. And, I much prefer the cold behaviour of a Vulcan male to the over-aggressive, annoying advances of many human males. Plus, they're vegetarians just like me, so I wouldn't get to be in one of those situations where he recommends a 'great' restaurant, and it turns out that all their meals contain meat.
The only problem with Bajorans is that they tend to be so religious, but strangely enough, I still found many of them likeable in DS9. I like spiritual people, as long as they're not fundamentalists and narrow-minded in their faith. Besides, the noses are kinda cute and I like the earring.
Most of the races I've picked are almost identical with humans apart from minor differences - pointy ears, ridged nose, spots - but Cardassians are an exception. They're the only alien race which looks quite different from humans, but this doesn't make them any less attractive - quite the opposite! Cardassian makeup is really amazing, it looks very alien but very beautiful and sexy in a strange way. And they can be quite fun and interesting. Also, courting through bickering and hostility? Sounds like fun.
^Interestingly, my girlfriend thinks Marc Alaimo and Andrew Robinson look better as Cardassians than humans. I can kind of see her point. Go figure.
I've never seen a woman look attractive in Card makeup, though.
Not even Nana Visitor? Granted, I'm not into women, so I'm not the best judge there, but I thought she actually pulled it off pretty well. I suspect you'd probably have to have a bit of a taste for Goth, personally, given the hues Cardassian women typically use for their makeup...which made some of the female baddies look really scary (Makbar and Ocett come to mind here!), but the ones that weren't baddies--it didn't seem to be a problem.
But back on topic...I would definitely fall for a Cardassian guy--as long as I had a guarantee that the man in question would be a gentleman. I mean, I may find Cardassian men attractive, but I wouldn't set myself up in a situation that could be compromising!
Hell yeah! As I said, there is something about the Cardie look - maybe it's because the reptilian look is sexy and adds an aura of danger, maybe it's the slick black hair, that strong ridged neck

and the uniform shows off the body in a very nice way... as someone said in this thread, Cardassian look kinda emphasizes the masculinity. I actually think that every actor (or at least every male actor) who ever played a Cardassian looks better as a Cardie than as a human. It might also be because the makeup hides some of the imperfections - wrinkles, rough skin etc. - while emphasizing facial features and eyes. Alaimo and Robinson were both in their mid-50s during the show, and Cardie makeup made them look younger. Alaimo has a nice body, voice and facial features, but without makeup he is showing his age (balding, rough skin), but

makeup manages to hide all that while emphasizing the positives (like those broad shoulders

Also, apparently his neck was the inspiration for the Cardie neck ridges when he first guest starred as Macet on TNG?).
While Garak is far too camp for me to find him sexy - I like him, but not
like that (still - he'd make a great date, for his conversation, his stories and witty remarks), I must say that Andrew Robinson looks much better as Garak than in RL or anything else I've ever seen him in. His face is a bit doughy, but

makeup gives him a slick, dangerous look. Casey Biggs is younger and looks good in RL as well, but he still looks more interesting as a

. The only Cardies who did not look attractive are those who have unattractive features anyway (I won't name any names, you might guess who I'm referring to).
Now maybe I can't judge the sexiness of Cardassian females the same way, but I thought that most of them were actually beautiful in a somewhat scary/Goth way. I thought Makbar was very striking - those eyes, scary but beautiful! Ocett, too. And Nana Visitor was as lovely as Illiana as she was as Kira.
On the other hand, I feel the opposite about the post-TOS Klingon makeup. I think it makes everyone uglier - the forehead ridges are bad enough, but he teeth, the eybrows...? Ugh. I was so surprised to see what an attractive man Michael Dorn is as a human - I never found Worf attractive (yes, I know many other people do...) and he's actually probably the most attractive of them all - for one thing, he looks like he has some personal hygiene and combs his hair, and he's also not loud and annoying like many other Klingons. They are on the list of alien races I would not go on a date with by any means (right after Ferengi and a few others). For one thing, they look like they don't wash; they tend to get drunk and start fights; they come off as neanderthals, and they'd bore me to death talking about 'honor'. Sorry, but not even a promise of rough sex would make that worthwhile!
