Why non-alcoholic? Have the captain order a beer from the replicator.

Thinking about all of this, I realized we're all being too general. Show's are doing product placement as much as they can these days. A new Star Trek series will have trouble being made under budget as is, so any extra ad revenue it can generate will be important.
So instead of ordering a beer, the captain should order "Budweiser", or "Coca-Cola", or another mainstream brand that will pay to have the captain drink its beverage.

Fermented targ's milk. (she either is, or spent some time among, Klingons)
On other occasions just plain water, thank you, with a dash of La'Matya venom (to keep up her immunity to their poison). ;-)
