Since Power of the Daleks doesn't exist anymore, it's hard to tell if Patrick Troughton walked around in Hartnell's costume, but it appears that the clothes regenerated with him (At first glance Hartnell and Troughton's clothes aren't all that different right off anyway).
Jon Pertwee is only seen *very* briefly with clothes like Troughtons, and from the side, in Spearhead.
Tom Baker is seen much longer in comparison in Pertwee's clothes in Robot. Interestingly his hair in Robot is much poofier than the initial regeneration shot, probably because of the time between seasons allowed him to grow the curly look.
Peter Davison of course famously unraveled most of the burgundy scarf in Castrovalva and discarded the burgundy coat pretty quick (Although Tom's coat would reappear in Mawdryn Undead where Mawdryn temporarily fooled the companions into thinking he was a regenerating Doctor).
Colin Baker spent some time in Davison's cricket outfit in "Twin Dillema"...
Sylvestor McCoy spent a good chunk of the earlier part of Time and The Rani in Colin's coat. He also tried on Pertwee's, Tom Baker(the 1980 burgundy coat and scarf) and Davison's.
Paul Mcgann of course regenerated without McCoy's clothes as he had been stripped for surgery and then 'died' and put in the morgue.
Christopher Eccleston of course was not seen in Mcgann's outfit due to the regeneration not being filmed.
Tennant spent the first five or so minutes of Christmas Invasion in Eccleston's leather jacket (and longer if you count CIN). So far, he is the only Doctor to be potrayed in action figure form with the outfit of the previous Doctor (In 2006's "regeneration" 2-pack). Tennant, while choosing clothes for himself, also briefly wears a Tom Bakeresque scarf, and one of the comic books has him wear Pertwee's red outfit for a brief while.
No pictures have surfaced of Matt Smith in Tennant's outfit yet, I don't think.
