Ethan - he was a badass doctor.
Nikki - purely as eye candy. She doesn't need to have lines.
Eko - as label said if he was still alive then Locke wouldn't be so insane right now.

Definitely Eko. Charlie kind of served his purpose in the storyline. Eko seemed to have a lot of untapped potential. Libby, too, but I'd choose Eko in a pinch.
I'd go with Eko or Charlie. I'm betting we'll be seeing more of Charlie if Hurley's flashforward in "The Beginning of the End" is any indication, but I don't think we'll be seeing Eko again. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he's the only dead main character who hasn't shown up yet in an episode after his death. Boone, Shannon, Ana-Lucia (even though it was just for that short dream sequence in "?"), Libby, and Charlie have all popped up some way or another.

Well I'm going against the grain here and saying Ana Lucia, I really liked her and am sorry how it turned out for the character and the actress. I loved her take charge attitude and would love to see her again.
I'd bring Shanon back to life for prurient reasons...she has very nice legs.

Is he? I thought they didn't find Vincent until a few days later after Locke made the dog whistle?
Vincent was in the jungle during the pilot. Locke finds him and brings him back to the beach camp in the following episode Tabula Rasa.
I'd bring back Tom. I really miss him and I'm glad he's at least appeared in many a flashback.
