I think threads like this one should be made into sticky threads. That way if anyone ever wishes to know what gender another board member is they can simply check out the poll in this thread which will be stickied to the top of misc. It will also prevent the need for future threads such as this one.

There's many a time I can be discussing something with someone or discussing about another member and I haven't a clue what their gender is and don't know whether to call then he or she. If I was able to just pop in here it would save a lot of hassle and embarrassment from calling a guy a gal or vice versa.
If it's made a sticky thread everyone will be able to do the same.
