Which alcoholic drink are you?

Rules

  • It must be an exact drink. You can't just say "red wine," or "cold beer" -- you'd have to say, "Ruffino Reserva Ducale Oro, vintage 2004" or "Samuel Adams: Boston Ale." If it's a mixed drink or martini, you have to be specific, "Bombay Sapphire Martini, very dry, blue-cheese olives." If it's a whiskey, scotch or brandy-- you have to specify how you drink it (neat, rocks, w/ coke).
  • You can only choose one drink.
  • You cannot reply with something snooty about alcohol, how you don't drink, or respond with "kool-aid" or "iced tea" (unless it's long island). This will result in immediate permban. Any and all attempts to derail this thread into your own personal teetotalling soapbox will be handled swiftly and without remorse (back me up, mods ;)).
  • This drink would be served at your last meal. Choose wisely.
It begins:

I choose Guinness Extra Stout.

While I enjoy many others, were I forced to choose, a simple pint of Guinness (the extra stout, mind you) would be the drink of choice. That doesn't mean I don't sometimes go for a rich, russian imperial or a hoppy Great Lakes beer-- or a great glass of wine, a martini or whiskey... but nothing compares to the glorious balance and body of a Guinness Extra Stout.

Georgia Moon Corn Whiskey.

Must be less than 30 days old and less than 40 percent.

Jennings Cumberland. A deep golden coloured ale and what I will be drinking in about 16 minutes!

Oh snap. Difficult!

I love cocktails (mhmm, Mojito, or Long Island Iced Tea), but I'll be "patriotic" and choose a nice beer. But that's an even more difficult choice!

I'll go for one of the great classics, and go with Westmalle Triple. Yum.

It's especially delicious to drink on a summer day with the sun setting. *sigh*

Something I call "Tup" (after the drink in the "Mission Earth" series of books): a grande mocha latte with a hit of chocolate, a hit of caramel, and a hit of peppermint schnapps.

A glass of pre-ban Pernod Fils absinthe, mixed (in the proper fashion) with ice-cold water and sugar:

Twisted Tea, Midnight style. Civilized with a dash of risque.

Although I could also say Sam Adams Boston Ale, or somesuch, since I am all about the Founding Fathers and the Revolution. But I'm not much of a beer drinker....

Brewer's Art Resurrection Ale.

During the fermentation of the first batch of this Abbey-style ale, the yeast died and was resurrected by brewer Chris Cashell. Made with five types of barley malt and lots of sugar, this beer is quite flavorful, without being too sweet.
7%abv

Also happens to be brewed in the Best Bar in America. :techman:

The biggest, boldest, most full bodied Petite Sirah currently out there.

Since wines change every year (some vintages are better than others, and some brands get better in different years), it is impossible to narrow down to just 1 specific brand and year.

I'm torn between a vodka(either Svedka or Chopin) tonic with lime and mint OR a not-too-sweet Liqueur Muscat/Tokay(couldn't tell you the vintage with any authority, since I've only been able to sample two or three) chilled very slightly.
