Where do you find your new book information?

This isn't so much Star Trek lit related as it is general sci-fi/fantasy lit related. Where do most of you turn to for new book information?

Suvudu/Unbound Worlds used to have a great article published every Tuesday that would list pretty much any and every sci-fi/fantasy related book released that day. They've just recently gone to publishing a monthly article of the notable titles that will be published that month. Where they used to have a list of 20-40 paperbacks and hard covers each week, now this list is down to about 10-12 for the whole month. A lot of my most favorite titles that I've found over the years definitely wouldn't make anyone's most notable list, at least initially, so I'm afraid that I may be missing some great titles.

Is anyone aware of a similar list out there somewhere?

Thanks.

I tend to go with recommendations from friends, or curiously following links on Amazon by authors who mention other authors books. I've found a few books I've gone on to enjoy using the Amazon 'You might like this ...' links.

^But that's just Trek, he was asking for general SFF.
Tor.com also posts list of the upcoming Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Genre Benders for each month. They also tend to post a lot of book reviews, and other articles about books, usually based around a specific theme or subject.
I tend to look though the similar books or lists containing books I've enjoyed on Amazon.com and Goodreads. If I'm looking for something in a specific genre or topic I'll usually just search for them on those two sites and see if anything catches me eye.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate it. While not as comprehensive a list as the way Unbound Worlds used to publish it, I believe I'll be able to get what I want by using the io9 and Tor blogs. Thanks too for your reply Therin, but I definitely don't have an issue with keeping up with my Star Trek or Star Wars releases. It was everything else that I sometimes miss.

Thanks again guys.

Yeah, I ended up in this thread searching for something else and didn't see the initial post until now.
In the 80s, I always riffled the print issue of "Locus" that was kept on the front counter of my local SF shop, and this was a great way to keep abreast of "new and notable" SF announcements.

I see that it's available online these days...

Thanks guys! Two more great resources to add to my bookmarks. Also, Starbreaker, I purposely don't go searching at Amazon like that because most of what is pulled back is 90% self-published crap, so I hadn't thought to check B&N. They're not very big into the self-publishing stuff though, so the list I'm liable to get is a little more manageable and a little more likely to have something that interests me.

For sword-and-sorcery, general fantasy, horror, and some science fiction, BlackGate.com has some good lists and reviews.

For general sci-fi and alternate history, I've been scouring the Coming Soon lists on Amazon and io9's monthly lists. For Trek-related literature, I also keep an eye on the Star Trek site, the fan sites it links to and I listen to the Literary Trek podcast.
