When Is Discovery Going to Air?

I thought the possible release dates for Star Trek Discovery would be easy to find in a search or by reading these posts, but I can't find anything about about it.

I just find old articles saying it was coming out in January and in May. Do we have any idea for date when we'll be able to watch it?

I would like to know so I can plan ahead and maybe get some other geeks together to watch it when it comes out.
