I applaud those who have the guts to reveal their full names here. I don't think I could do that. Not only because of the whole Internet privacy thing, but because my own last name is so hopelessly convoluted that I would seriously consider taking my wife's last name if I should be lucky enough to ever get that far in a relationship.

I wondered if there had been some processing involved in the vid. Not so, apparently -- yours is definitely deeper than mine - true basso, rather than bass-baritone....I just recorded a little comparison. Please have a listen. And yes, that is my voice.

The problem I have with my last name is that no one knows how to pronounce it until I tell them. This proves quite amusing in the pharmacy and other such places

I've had this happen to often that I must not be speaking clearly enough when I introduce myself, but the names sound so different that it doesn't make sense.
