What's your middle name?

Josh Kelton

Commander
Red Shirt
What's your middle name? Do you like it or dislike it?

Anyone have any unusual ones?

Mine is Matthew, so nothing particularly out of the ordinary.

Alexander.

I don't mind it, don't use it except when required though. The curious thing is that my initials correspond to the first three letters of my first name.

I don't have a middle name. They are not really used in Italy: some have it, some don't.

I have a compound first name, tho (like Jean-Luc, but not that one, unfortunately)..

Robert.

Good name, I dig it. I am glad it's just my middle name however, as I would hate to be called Bob all the time.

as others are doing it, my intials are SRW, which almost spells screw.....

Gordon, which is way more awesome than any of your stupid middle names!

My first name is Matthew, which completely lacks awesomeness, which is why I became Kommander.

Jason Scott Kim Hauck.

No-one uses anything except "Jason". I use "Jbyrd33" at "The-Pork.Com"'s 'No Holds Barred' Chat.

That's just he sort of question I don't answer on the internet. Too many people use things like middle names as passwords or in identity theft.

It's Esmerelda.

Christopher. It's okay, I guess. I didn't much care for it as a kid, though, because there was this very weird kid in my class who had that as his first name (a silly reason to dislike one's middle name, I know, but what do you expect? I was a kid. :p)

I'm not entirely sure where my parents got that name from, or my first name for that matter. I think my dad said they chose them because they were the names of two Saints. A little ironic, since I eventually became agnostic.

I'm just glad they finally broke with tradition when I was born. Up till that point, the firstborn males in the family were all named James, which I thought was an archaic, uncreative, and borderline egotistical tradition. So I was the first one not named James. Heh, I don't think my grandfather much liked that.

Have two, Jan Mikael. The latter one was designed by my parents to be my international name, then as Michael. My main name is Torbjörn, and when people had trouble pronouncing that when I went to the US I said "Just call me Michael or Mike"
