Looks like North Idaho/Eastern Washington. Glad we drove home before sun went down as everything iced up.

Chilly but pleasant today. We are on alert for freezing rain this week.

60s today for about 3 minutes, then it dropped like a rock into the 50s, heading into the frigid 40s overnight.

Low this morning was just below freezing, high upper 50s F. Sunny, increasing clouds this evening. It is supposed to start raining Wednesday evening through Friday morning.

We had slushy precipitation this morning, but the temps were right at 32, so the roads were iffy but okay-ish. Hopefully it will dry up as it warms up today. Tonight we supposed to drop into the teens, and that doesn't mix well with wet roads.

Supposed to rain tonight, all day Thursday and Friday morning. 1 to 2.5 inches of rain for the valley, up to 5 feet of snow at elevations above 5,000 ft.

Rainy and dreary most of this week. Just rain mostly, because we are sea level flat, no elevation at all this part of the state.

I guess I should probably stop complaining about our snowstorm-every-two-or-three-days-whether-we-need-it-or-not weather this winter. We haven't had a two-day accumulation anywhere near that so far this year.

As for local weather, yeah, it's snowstorm day today. Next one's coming this weekend.
