Rain off and on started on Friday afternoon and continuing until the end of next week. They call it an atmospheric river. Temperature 56 F at 11pm PST. By Wednesday, the temperature will cool to lows in the 30s & 40s F in the central valley and turn to snow in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
