It rained off and on from sometime before 3:30AM, when I woke up and heard the rain, until probably around 10AM. At one point it really, really started to pour like it hasn't done in ages. My mom and I were going to go to Target to do some grocery shopping but it was pouring so hard, and there was so much water on the road, that she didn't feel comfortable driving and we turned around and went back home.
