CRAZY thunderstorm right now. Really dark for this time of the evening, clouds looking crazy wild, winds VERY strong. Getting my favorite son and heading into the middle of the house. This is like Illinois weather!
 
Rain. Rain rain rain and more rain. It's rained all but a couple of day so far the month of June. And cold. And I love it! We need it.
 
I didn't realize how far into June, so really for us it's been relatively cool for the summer. It's been in the low 100s so far this year, but the last few years we were pushing 120 at this point.
Pretty soon Monsoon will be starting, so that should cool things down a tiny bit, and get us some rain.

I looked earlier and our outdoor thermometer said 106º, but it was early enough it might have gotten hotter after that.
We're supposed to be up over 110º later in the week and stay that way for a while.
