what's your local weather?

If you're on Windows, it's ALT+0176. (Hold ALT, type the numbers, then release ALT.)

HTH

ETA: Oh yes, for some reason it has to be done on the number keypad, not the number row above the letters. I don't recall why, but Google could probably tell you. If you don't have a dedicated number keypad, then if you have an alternate number keypad accessible through the Fn key, then I think that will work too.
Thanks.
Cooled down a bit today, it only got up to 57° out today, but at least it's going to start warming back up, and the Weather CHannel app says we'll be up to 69° by this weekend.

Mid-40s to 50s, rainy, damp, kinda muggy, and very muddy...

So much so that I have to hose off all the dog's paws when we come back from our daily hike, and I have a lot of dogs :wtf:

Currently 80 and sunny and I'm feeling hot...hot...hot. On course for T-shirts and shorts by Christmas Day.

Me, right now:

I don't know if that's hot, cold, in-between, a Star of David gone wild, or sunshine with a bellybutton

Sorry! That's actually Little Miss Jealous... I was just reacting to @There Be Reindeer Here 's claim of T-shirts and shorts for Christmas, which I have never had the pleasure of experiencing. :) (Although with climate change, I guess I should be careful what I wish for!!)

It has actually been unseasonably mild over the last few days, with highs in the mid-teens. Today was a return to more seasonable temperatures, and they're calling for a return of the white stuff on the weekend.

As hard as it is to believe, there are days when I think I have the shorter end of the stick. While it initially made for great bragging rights when I left behind a more Northern clime, but after three decades of hot & sunny most of the year I'm so over it and miss the change in seasons.

The only weather change here is the brief winter, the sudden summer downpours that can strip the flesh off your bones and the occasion hurricane to liven things up.

No fall. No spring. Hardly any cool, breezy days, just very hot or very cold. The only thing to look forward to with climate change is even more heat and eventually being under water in a few more decades.

Believe me there are days I miss snow and wish I could move somewhere else.

While I can't imagine the scenario in which I would miss winter and snow, I do admit that I would miss the spring and the fall. (And living underwater would definitely crimp my lifestyle.) I guess that's a good reminder to be thankful for what you have, rather than constantly lamenting what you don't. (Still not a fan of winter, though... )

Today is hovering right around freezing, and it is overcast and very lightly snowing. Not much accumulation so far: lawns are still a mix of green and white, like someone sprinkled powdered sugar over the landscape.
