partly cloudy and an icy wind from the east. Really unpleasant. Good laundry weather, though

It finally rained a little last night for the first time in a couple of months. It was nice.
Looked sunny. No idea how warm it was... 
So after an early start to spring, and reasonably nice weather the last little while, today's weather was... snow. 
just beautiful! I went for a long walk today!
It got up to 89 degrees on my front porch today. It's going to be a long hot summer.

That is way too close for comfort. Glad to hear that you're all OK. Hopefully the damage isn't too expensive to repair.
not too bad. still waiting on word about one of the cars. got power back this evening, so that's nice. no hunkering down listening to a radio by candlelight tonight.
