How can you have that kind of weather in Winter? Do you live in Australia?

In the 30's, but not too bad. A bit crisp.
The weather.com prediction for winter in my area, for February, says "Much colder than usual".

Oh, it’s raining, thank goodness. My mud was starting to look slightly dehydrated.

There’s a unit you don’t hear used everyday! And “a few”? My sympathies; I’m not really a fan of the white stuff.
Fortunately here there’s no snow currently at all... and none forecasted in the next five days. Just the way I like it!

Rather chilly and ok for now, it's going to be windy and rainy later on today though.
Albuquerque is bracing for its first true winter storm, with expectations of 2-6 inches of snow by tomorrow afternoon.
Frankly, my feeling is the more the local meteorologists (latin for "liars") talk about it, the less likely it's going to happen. We're also expecting really high wind gusts, which typically tear apart storm clouds because of our geographic location (in a valley). All around us will get snow, but the city itself will be in the eye of the storm. We'll see..

Clear skies, around 0 C and sun is shining. It’s been overcast for most of the last month and it’s great to see the sun again!
