*Ran pain train is when you're smack dab in the middle of a band of showers that goes on and on FOR FREAKING EVER.
**I really have had an awful one that kept me up all last night. Part migraine part tension and possibly sinus as well.

Iit was 30 degrees this morning and there was frost all over the yard, the deck and roof of the house. Ian looked outside and saw the frost and started jumping up and down saying it snowed. I told him unfortunately, it's just frost. He was bummed!
