what's your local weather?

Mid 90s F here for the high. That is a lot cooler than it has been. This is back to what it was in late May.
 
After we got 17 inches of rain and nasty flood water on August 5th we haven't had a bit of rain until today. Most of the plants we had that the workers didn't kill have died because I couldn't water them.
 
First day of Spring in Christchurch has come and gone. Went for a walk round Hagley Park and the cherry blossoms are a week or so off full bloom. I didn't take my phone otherwise I would've taken a few pics to post. Next time.

3rd thunderstorm of the day is moving through now. It is really pouring and I'm glad because I didn't water my plants today.
 
I'm not sure what the exact temperature was, but today was our 100th day of 100 degrees, and we're supposed to be back up to 110 tomorrow.
