TOS: "Devil in the Dark" (Honorable mention: "Journey to Babel.")
TNG: "Measure of a Man" (2nd Place: "Yesterday's Enterprise.")
DS9: "Duet (2nd Place: "Little Green Men.")
VOY: "Future's End" (2nd Place: "Someone to Watch Over Me.")
ENT: Honestly, don't remember that series well enough. (I remember liking the Vulcan trilogy, though.)

These choices are subject to change depending on my mood.

Oof. There's a bunch from TOS that I'm thinking of. But if forced to choose, probably "Journey to Babel." It's definitely the episode I watch the most.

From TNG, "Darmok." It's a pure distillation of what Star Trek is about.

And from TAS, "The Time Trap." Runner ups: "The Magicks of Megas-tu" and "Yesteryear."

Of everything? Probably City On The Edge Of Forever. I think it was the 1st time travel story I'd ever seen in my entire life, and as a kid, it just blew my mind. Over the years, it hasn't lost any of its appeal either
