What's your fall 2009 night-by-night tv viewing schedule.

I'm looking at sampling these in the new season but almost nothing has me eager for its return -

Fri - 8pm smallville (sept 25),
9pm southland (sept 25) / dollhouse (sept 25)

Thu - 9pm Fringe (sept 17),
10pm Proj Runway (aug 20)

Wed - 9pm Glee (sept 9) / top chef (aug 19)

Tue - 8pm V (nov 3)

Mon - 8pm House / Heroes (sept 21),

Sat/Sun - (catch up on the above)

I don't like getting into new shows, so these are mostly old favorites. Bollocks to listing times.

Monday

Heroes
Trauma (maybe, just to check it out)
The Big Bang Theory

Tuesday

Nothing. So I guess maybe I'll just... go outside? I don't know. What do people do when they're not watching TV?

Wednesday

Law and Order: SVU
Parenthood (again, just to check it out)
Glee
South Park

Thursday

Bones
Parks and Recreation
30 Rock

Friday

Nothing. So I'll probably use that time to catch up on old Cold Case and Star Trek episodes I have set to record.

Saturday

With this schedule, i'm gonna have to start leaving the house.

Sunday

Family Guy

I have a DVR which can record two shows at once.

Monday

Friday

9:00 - Supernatural

CSI (OnDemand)

Friday
8:00 - *Smallville
9:00 - Stargate Universe
Monk (OnDemand)
Might record Southland in another room
10:00 - Sanctuary
Psych (OnDemand)
White Collar (trial run/OnDemand)

Saturday
Nothing

Sunday
My mom watches Extreme Home Makeover, Desperate Housewives, and Brothers & Sisters so I'll probably catch some of those every now and then.

Ok, here goes. I'll just leave the Central times in, but I'm an East Coaster. I've got 2 DVRs (less fighting with the missus that way), so can pretty much watch whatever...

Left a few new shows in there, not sure I know enough to say yes or no yet. Not loving the schedule, though. Seems to be missing the Sunday offerings from Fox (just starting later, I guess?), but Family Guy and American Dad get DVR space as well.

What's with cramming everything into Monday? Seems I get half my shows out of the way then, and then pretty lean the rest of the week...

MONDAY:
8PM - Heroes

TUESDAY:
n/a

WEDNESDAY:
n/a

THURSDAY:
9PM - Grey's Anatomy

FRIDAY:
9PM - Dollhouse

SATURDAY:

MID-SEASON:
Caprica
Lost
V

Update: I read recently that V is debuting Nov 3! Yay!

Also add Caprica to my mid-season list.

Edit: Best and Worst New TV shows from TWOP.

I might check out The Beautiful Life just for laffs. Bored to Death is a DVD possibility. Community has been getting a lot of buzz, but I dunno, doesn't sound like my kind of thing.

Eastwick: "clumsy, forgettable combination of Desperate Housewives and Charmed"...oook, that's what I was afraid of. That was a marginal try-out anyway.

Wow. I don't think I'll be watching anything this fall, save for AMC's The Prisoner miniseries in November and Flash Forward-- and that is only if the reviews are any good and the ratings hold.

I don't have Showtime, so Dexter and Californication will have to remain on DVD for me. The same goes for David Simon's new project he's been cooking up for HBO (don't have that, either), Treme, although I'm unsure if that will even air until 2010.
