What's Your Earliest Memory?

My earliest memory was in the RedShirt Lounge. There was a big blue wall.. and electrical superstorms

At 3 years old, I remember sitting on my parents kitchen table with my grandmother present. I dug both hands into birthday cake and shouted "I'm 3!!!!!!!!!!"

Seeing Star Trek VI in theater. I was about 3...

I remember that clearly too. Only I was 21.

What I remember most about it was my friend was getting over a bad case of the flu and he still had the cough, which went off every two seconds, making hearing the movie difficult. I ended up going back a week later by myself.

I have memories of the time around when my sister was born. I was 18 months or so. There are some other memories of when my family(parents) witnessed a car accident and stop to help. I told my mother about that and she was surprised I remember and how much detail I had of it.

The earliest memories I can place conclusively are riding to the hospital in the family station wagon after my youngest brother was born (it was a nice summer day out and I had just turned four the month before) and watching the JFK funeral on TV early in the morning (I grew up on the West Coast so events on the East Coast were always early - I was five then.) There are other memories which might be earlier but I don't have anything which tells me exactly where they fit.
