For things like TV shows, I think that it only counts as a spoiler until a few days after it has been initially aired in its "native" market, but I can't say for sure. I think you're right though that movies are longer though

I finally added one, though I wish I'd remembered this image sooner. For those not familiar with Transformers, Shockwave here turns into a laser gun. The artist for some reason drew him holding a mini-version of said gun mode in this one ep, which is even sillier since he has a gun on his other hand. So he had a mini-me for a few seconds of screentime.
