What's the worst relation(ship) in all of Star Trek?

That relationship between Belanna Torres and Tom Paris.

I wouldn'y have put up with her temper. I''d put her over my knee.:techman:

^^ Lol, Titpole.

Come to think of it, Seven and Chakotay was somewhat repulsive, especially when it came to what would be appropriate on "Date #: ???"

Hands down the absolute worst relationship is the one between Worf and Alexander.

There were time I just wanted to reach into the screen and shake Worf by the shoulders and say ...
"NO! this is how you raise a child." or "Say this you fool."

The whole Chakotay/Seven thing was so outta left field that I didn't even see it happen...

I actually didn't mind the Worf/Troi pairing at all, perhaps because they were such polar opposites, and because I figured Troi's empathic capabilities enabled her to easily see something buried beneath Worf's gruff, tough-guy exterior that endeared him to her.

Others I thought were stomach-turning:
- T'Pol/Tucker (too predictable and saw it coming as early as their first meeting in "Broken Bow" and it just bored the hell outta me more than anything)
- Janeway/Chakotay (deep mutual respect is one thing, getting jiggy with one another is something else)
- Sisko/(mirror) Jadzia Dax (I know Sisko had to play along to maintain his cover in the Mirror Universe, but I'm sure it was a very awkward quickie for him)

But the number one worst relationship in my book:
- Neelix/Kes. 'Nuff said.

I thought I was the only one who hated Trip/T'Pol. It came across as forced and was totally unnecessary.
Neelix/Kes is ridiculous and...well, ridiculous. Seven and Chakotay made no sense whatsoever.

- Sisko/(mirror) Jadzia Dax (I know Sisko had to play along to maintain his cover in the Mirror Universe, but I'm sure it was a very awkward quickie for him)

Yeah, he didn't seam to object to any way to that quickie... It was very strange. You'd think he'd at least try and get around it, unless he could finally live that fantasy...

I like the Trip/T'pol relationship. How could you not after Terra Prime!

Kes/Neelix
Seven/Chakotay
Scotty/Uhura

I don't remember that MU episode very well, which is probably fortunate, but pretty much anything in the DS9 MU has that effect on me. I'll take your word that Sisko did sleep with her, in which case it is very icky. The only worse one is Kirk sleeping with the slavewoman Drusilla in Bread and Circuses.

The whole Neelix and Kes relationship thing came crashing down when early on it was made clear that they weren't sharing quarters and weren't having sex.

After that Neelix became this pathetic stalker character whenever Kes and he were in the same room.

Chakotay/Seven is, in my mind, the undisputed top choice for most idiotic, out of character matchup that could've possibly been written.

Julian/Ezri comes close though as far as just being one I can't stand. Which is a shame because unlike Chuckles, I'm actually a big fan of both Julian and Ezri.

Uhura and scotty by far, it just didnt make sense, i mean, out of left field they just are into each other, with no setup.

Neelix/Kes. I think most people say this because they hated Neelix, but I didn't like it because it didn't do the Neelix character any favors. The way they wrote him as being so jealous really made him unlikeable. I was able to appreciate the character a lot more post-Kes.

Any relationship involving Lwaxana Troi, although I'll admit I didn't have as much disdain for the character on DS9. Some of the scenes between her and Odo were actually kind of sweet. In general though, she was an episode ruiner for me.

I think it was Jadzia that was the aggressive partner. She was the one that kissed him (thinking he was his mirror counterpart), and I remember Sisko kind of stumbling off balance a bit while she did. I think if Sisko had pushed her away, his cover would have been blown.

Now that I think about it, the DS9 episode "Fascination" did reveal that Jadzia was subconsciously very attracted to Sisko, but kept that fact to herself. The mirror Jadzia apparently wasn't so sqeamish about taking Sisko as her lover...

I always liked the sexual tension between Torres and Seven. If there was ever one unrealized lesbian couple in Star Trek, that should've been it. :borg:
