I'm surprised there are no posts about Nature's Harmonious 4-Day Timecube. What a bunch of anti-Cubists we have here!
It is a handy way of splitting the day up so we can organise what we are supposed to do more efficiently.

Interestingly, IST does not stand for Irish Summer Time, but Irish Standard time.
