Can I say a wise shadow/ghost which would be based in the most insignificant objects on board, as an invisible witness, just to watch, listen, and smell everything or almost, making sure never to cross paths with Chakotay, the Doctor or B'Elena. Indeed, it would be a shame - but not less funny - to see them victims of small minor annoyances in their daily grind/routine, right?! 
Since this is fiction, why don't I go out of my comfort/knowledge base zone and say I want to be the engineer technician. Specifically hologrid maintenance.
Though if I could be realistic, I would cook. I would redo all the ugly art in people's quarters. And I would be negative complaint officer (See a chimp wih 2 trainers post) grumbling how I wish she would listen to Chakotay one week so we aren't nearly kissing death and facing months of repair.

I didn't think about that but I imagine Neelix might have encouraged it. I am more introverted in person. More bold online. So it didn't occur to me.
Hologram debugger, removing extraneous data from the EMH to save computer storage space for more valuable information (such as the huge amounts of sensor data collected on an entirely new quadrant) as well as keeping those on the holodeck from going crazy.

I would likely be an archive officer/kitchen assistant.
I would be in tactical as a weapons technician , I'd fix and maintain the ship weapon systems and the all small arms. as well as help Tuvok train the security staff. Off Duty Chakotay and I would be buds
We will probably get to know each other well as I'll probably break quite a few phasers. I don't do well with mechanical things. Lol
