In all seriousness, fainting would probably be on the cards for most of us. Being suddenly placed into a very alien environment, maybe the body's natural response would be to go into "safe mode" and prevent any potentially hazardous action. Short of that, I can imagine being pretty much paralysed by fear for a while.

Depending on the era, keep my distance from guys wearing red shirts. If they've beamed me aboard as a security threat, I suppose it doesn't matter. They're going to erase my memory and then insert me back into my timeline, so I would remember them...but when watching Star Trek, I'd be irrationally uncomfortable and swear there's something familiar about the setting.

I disagree, there. I refuse to believe everyone's a panic monger.
I'd be going, "Yes, I knew it!", request the one in charge to hover over NASA HQ, the Pentagon, and Churchill's gave, then I'd say "Get me the hell off this miserable, boring mudball, and never bring me back!"

I have it all planed out I would
1. Faint ( so I could bump my head)
2. Wake up in sick bay
3. Ask what the heck is going wong ( while sobbing a little)
4. Freak out unless he let me go home I mean like go insane full blown tantrum
5. Probely be sadated
6. Wake up again
7 don't know after that

1 faint
2 wake up in sick bay
3 demand to know what is going on
4 run as fast as I could to turbo lift and go to bridge
5 ask who is in charge
6 demand to know hat is going on
7 go crazy on them if they wound let me go home

I'd assume I'd been slipped some kind of psychotropic drug OR had been in a terrible accident and this was my coma dream. After that I would enjoy the ride.

Oh right, I missed the part in the OP where it mentioned Kirk.
In that case, I'd make a beeline for the engineering section to take a good, long look at the warp reactor.
