I didn't realise that Dukat was in Saturday Night Fever. I may have to watch it some day.

Sisko and Dukat figures At least they Dukat's body right in this one, but the face again ends up looking more like Gul Evek. And I'm not sure why his head is so huge. Sisko is, sadly, the Sisko of the early seasons, not the Bald Badass Sisko.
Oddly enough, I think the minimates are actually more similar to the characters.
Nice to see that Sisko is the Badass Sisko.
This one gets his face right, but he's far too skinny for Bald Badass Sisko.
Martok and Worf are quite good, but the others don't look much like themselves. Is this supposed to be Kira? I'm only guessing because she's too short to be Jadzia, and there's an Ezri figure in the group so it seems to be season 7.
Oh, and it's awesome that they have Klingon Sisko.

Actually, I think the face looks quite close to Dukat's. Perhaps the rest of the body detracts from it because it looks odd. I find most of the 12"+ figures look weird since real cloth clothing doesn't scale down all that well.

IMO he kinda looks like Evek in both (although he seems to be attempting a Dukatian facial expression in the first one)... although more so in the second one.
The body is better in the second figure, except for the oversized head, while the first one is all wrong and makes him look short and stocky.
Mattel and Playmates guys aren't as good at sculpts as Art Asylum, but I really like their Guinan. I just bought it recently (12 years after its original release) and out of all the Playmates figures I've seen, I think it looks most like the character it's based on. I think the face on that Dukat is pretty good too.

Well as for wesley meeting dukat, I think they would get along. Wesley would be his bumbling self and dukat can initially get along with anyone, he is a diplomat, sort of.
But eventually wes would get on his nerves and this would be the result:
