Well as for wesley meeting dukat, I think they would get along. Wesley would be his bumbling self and dukat can initially get along with anyone, he is a diplomat, sort of.

But eventually wes would get on his nerves and this would be the result:

Ps. I really don't mind Wesley, sometimes I quite enjoy his character. But, as most people, I find it fun to joke about him.
