I’m biased because I love the Orks above all other things, but I think over a protracted period the Klingons would be finished. They’d hold their own for a while, but they just don’t have the numbers to deal with a race that can multiply like Orks and while they love fighting, they love other stuff too. Orks just love fighting.

Remember reading that Ork pirates, working for other factions exist in this 'verse. Would be interesting to see the interaction of such a group working together with some Klingons or even a multispecies organization with both Klingons and Orks as members.
